Shipping and Returns Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

SHIPPING

• • Shipping Time: Orders are usually processed and shipped within 48 hours. Please note personalised items will take longer to process. If your order has both personalised and non-personalised items, the order will be split, and the non-personalised items will be delivered beforehand.
  • Shipping Charges: We offer free shipping on all orders over Rs. 449. 
  • Tracking: You will receive tracking details over email and SMS, once the order is shipped.

RETURNS

All returns/exchange must be informed within two (2) days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags, accessories, free gifts and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To exchange an item, please email customer service at support@dageena.com to initiate return for an exchange with same or different item [ in case of different item,  i) If price of new item is more than  price of item being returned, exchange item will be processed once difference is paid ii) If price of new item is less than price of item being returned , no refund of difference amount will be processed ]. After receiving a tracking details for return shipment, place the item, its accessories and free gift(if given with order) securely in its original packaging, then handover your return package to our courier partner. 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least two (2) days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be exchanged:

•     Customized Products
•     Personalized Products
•     Items sold in Flash Sale

Please Note

•     Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
