Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange only. Please see below for more information on our return policy. Buyers are requested to place the order only if they agree with the Terms.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within 48 hours of delivery. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at care@dageena.com to obtain a Return Pickup details. After receiving a detail, place the item securely in its original packaging, and your package will be picked up within 48 working hours.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least two (2) days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
Please Note
- Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
- The product must not be utilized to process a return and must be in intact condition.
- Refund will be initiated post verification of the product.
In the unlikely event that you receive an empty parcel or a missing product, we would request you to reach out to our customer support team for assistance within 48 hours of the package being delivered. We will be requiring a 360-degree unpacking video of the parcel for us to process the request further. Please note that insufficient evidence or visible signs of tampering with the packet may result in your claim not being honoured. In all such cases, the brand reserves the right to take the final decision.
